01Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering, or otherwise using the SYNNOVIQ NEXORA 2027 platform operated by Synnoviq Technologies Private Limited (the "Organizer"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

02Eligibility

• Participation is intended for students and fresh graduates who meet the criteria published on the Eligibility Rules page.
• The Organizer may verify eligibility at any stage and may reject or disqualify registrations that do not meet published criteria.
• Eligibility is subject to verification and admin approval.

03Registration and Account Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify the Organizer promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

04Email Verification

Account activation requires verification of your email address via a one-time verification code. Certain actions may be unavailable until your email is verified.

05Participant / Referrer Onboarding

• Users may choose to join as a Participant or as a Referrer Only after account verification.
• Referrer access is subject to verification and admin approval.
• A Participant may later become a Referrer, and a Referrer-only user is not required to pay the participant registration fee.

06Payment Terms

• The participant registration fee is displayed at the time of registration and processed securely through our payment processing partner.
• Successful payment does not by itself guarantee approval; registrations remain subject to document verification and admin review.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by the Refund Policy and the Payment & Cancellation Policy.

07Document Verification

You may be required to upload identity and educational proof documents. Submitted documents are stored securely and reviewed only by authorized personnel for verification purposes.

08Admin Approval / Rejection Rights

• The Organizer reserves the right to approve or reject any registration at its discretion, subject to verification outcomes and event guidelines.
• Reasons for rejection may be communicated through the dashboard and registered email.

09Participant ID / Referrer ID Rules

• A unique Participant ID may be issued after successful verification and approval.
• A unique Referrer ID may be issued to approved referrers.
• IDs are issued at the discretion of the Organizer and may be revoked in cases of fraud, ineligibility, or breach of these Terms.

10Competition Participation Rules

Participation in challenges is governed by the Competition Rules page, including format, fair play, submission, and evaluation guidelines. By participating, you agree to those rules.

11Code of Conduct

• You agree not to engage in cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, harassment, or any activity that undermines fair participation.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

12Disqualification Rights

The Organizer may disqualify any participant found violating these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or the Competition Rules, at its discretion and subject to event guidelines.

13Intellectual Property

• The NEXORA name, brand, platform content, and materials are the property of the Organizer.
• You retain ownership of original work you submit, while granting the Organizer a limited right to evaluate, display, and reference submissions for event and recognition purposes, subject to consent.

14Communication Consent

By registering, you consent to receive event-related communication through email and dashboard notifications. Transactional communication is essential to the service.

15Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Opportunities, recognition, and outcomes are subject to eligibility, performance, and applicable selection processes and are not guaranteed.

16Changes to Event / Policies

The Organizer may update event details, rules, timelines, modes (online/offline), and these Terms at its discretion. Material changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
