Referral Policy

01Referrer Eligibility

Students, promoters, communities, and partners may apply to become referrers. Referrer access is subject to verification and admin approval.

02Referrer-Only Flow

Users who do not wish to participate can choose the Referrer Only option after account verification. Referrer-only users are not required to pay the participant registration fee.

03Admin Approval Requirement

Referral tools, links, and earnings become available only after the referrer application is approved by the admin team. Approval is at the discretion of the Organizer.

04Referral ID / Code / Link Generation

After approval, an approved referrer receives a unique Referral ID, referral code, referral link, and QR code to share.

05Referral Commission

• Referral commission is calculated only for successful registrations completed through a referrer’s valid referral, subject to successful payment and admin approval of the referred participant.
• Commission rates follow the published reward slabs and may be updated by the Organizer.
• Self-referrals, duplicate, or fraudulent registrations do not qualify for commission.

06Community Ecosystem Contribution (20%)

A 20% Community Ecosystem Contribution is applied to approved referral payouts to support platform development, student career programs, future events, and community initiatives. The remaining balance becomes eligible for withdrawal after admin review.

07Withdrawal Request Rules

• Withdrawal requests can be submitted during the official withdrawal window, when open.
• Requests are subject to minimum thresholds and admin review, where applicable.
• The Organizer may pause or adjust the withdrawal window at its discretion.

08Bank Details and Payout Review

Payouts are made to verified bank/payout details provided by the referrer. Details are reviewed before processing, and the Organizer may request additional verification.

09Fraud / Self-Referral / Duplicate Rules

• Self-referrals and referrals to duplicate or fake accounts are prohibited.
• Manipulation, incentivized fraud, or misuse of referral tools may result in reversal of earnings and suspension.

10Reversal / Clawback Rules

Earnings associated with refunded, reversed, disqualified, or fraudulent registrations may be reversed (clawed back) from the referrer wallet, including after they have been credited.

11Tax and Compliance Responsibility

Referrers are responsible for any taxes or compliance obligations arising from referral earnings under applicable law.

12Admin Suspension Rights

The Organizer may suspend or terminate referrer access, withhold or reverse payouts, and revoke Referral IDs in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of policy, at its discretion.

13Referral Code Responsibility

It is the sole responsibility of the Referrer to ensure that participants register using their assigned referral code. If a participant completes the registration process without applying the Referrer's code, the referral cannot be linked, modified, or assigned retrospectively. In such cases, the company will not be responsible for manually mapping or transferring the referral. Referrers are advised to verify that their referral code is used correctly before the participant completes registration.
