Refund Policy

The conditions and process governing refunds for SYNNOVIQ NEXORA 2027 registrations.

01Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on registration status, verification outcome, payment status, and event policy. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to the conditions below.

02Rejection Due to Failed Verification

If a registration is rejected because submitted details or documents could not be verified, the refund status will be reviewed and updated in the participant dashboard and communicated by email.

03Duplicate / Fraudulent Registration

  • Duplicate registrations may be consolidated, and duplicate payments may be reviewed for refund of the extra amount.
  • Registrations identified as fraudulent may be rejected, and refunds in such cases are at the discretion of the Organizer, subject to verification.

04Failed Payment

If an amount is debited but the payment is not confirmed as successful by the gateway, the transaction is reviewed. Amounts confirmed as failed or unsettled are handled per gateway reconciliation.

05Cancellation by Organizer

If the event is cancelled by the Organizer, affected registrations may be eligible for a refund or alternative arrangement, subject to event guidelines and applicable conditions.

06Non-Refundable Situations

  • Registrations disqualified due to violation of the Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, or Competition Rules.
  • Situations where services have been substantially delivered, except as required by law.
  • Requests made outside any published refund window, subject to review.

07Refund Review Process

  • Refund requests are submitted or raised through support and reviewed by the admin team.
  • The Organizer may request additional information to process a request.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or a verified account, where applicable.

08Refund Timeline

Where a refund is approved, we aim to process it within a reasonable period after approval. Actual credit timelines depend on banking and payment gateway processes and cannot be guaranteed.

09Manual Refund Tracking

Refund status is tracked manually by the admin team and reflected in the participant dashboard where applicable. Please retain your transaction reference for faster support.
