Competition Rules

How challenges are run, evaluated, and judged at SYNNOVIQ NEXORA 2027.

01Event Format

SYNNOVIQ NEXORA 2027 is a technology talent discovery championship conducted through structured challenges. The detailed format, schedule, and instructions are communicated through the official dashboard and registered email.

02Challenge Participation

  • Only approved participants with a valid Participant ID may take part in official challenges.
  • Participants must follow the instructions issued for each challenge.

03Fair Play

All participants are expected to compete fairly and honestly. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.

04Anti-Cheating

  • Plagiarism, impersonation, use of unauthorized assistance, or sharing of answers is prohibited.
  • Attempts to manipulate scoring, submissions, or the platform are prohibited.

05Submission Rules

  • Submissions must be made within the stated time and format for each challenge.
  • Late, incomplete, or invalid submissions may not be evaluated, subject to event guidelines.

06Evaluation Criteria

Submissions are evaluated based on published criteria, which may include correctness, quality, creativity, problem-solving, and adherence to requirements. Criteria may vary by challenge and domain.

07Judges / Admin Decision

Evaluation and results are determined by the judges and admin team. Their decisions are final and binding, subject to event guidelines.

08Prize Distribution

Prizes are distributed to eligible winners as per the published Prize Pool, subject to verification and applicable conditions. Prizes beyond published rules are not guaranteed.

09Disqualification

The Organizer may disqualify any participant for violation of these rules, the Code of Conduct, or the Terms & Conditions, at its discretion.

10Online / Offline Mode

The event may be conducted in offline, online, or hybrid mode. Participants located more than 500 KM from the venue may be eligible for online participation, subject to verification and event guidelines.

11Technical Issues

The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to address technical issues but is not liable for connectivity, device, or third-party failures on the participant’s side. Remedies for technical issues are at the discretion of the Organizer.

12Planned World Record Attempt

As part of NEXORA 2027, the Organizer plans to pursue an official world record attempt. This initiative is planned and subject to approval from the relevant record authority and official procedural requirements. No confirmed world record is claimed.
